Kamskaya HPP, Russia. There are 2 hydro turbines of Kaplan type (PL20-B-500) which are under modernization (with the power increase) in partnership with Tyazhmash JSC.

Scope of EMECO works:

• Detailed design of the runner;
• Manufacture of bronze bushes for the blades’ trunnions and blade-operating mechanism, retaining ring, spider keys details with composite wear layer;
• Designer’s field supervision at the manufacturing plant;
• Installation supervision and commissioning dervices;
• Conducting field (index) tests services.
